Compasso Tax Corporation is a major tax accounting firm with approximately 220 professionals across nine locations nationwide, primarily based in Tokyo. In addition to tax and accounting services, the firm provides a wide range of consulting services, including inheritance planning, business succession, and M&A, all delivered through a one-stop service model.
Since 2017, Mega Group—through its Human Work and Office Space divisions—has been continuously supporting Compasso Tax Corporation in both recruitment and office space design.
The relationship began with a single call from a Human Work sales representative. Although the initial proposal was declined, about a year later the client reached out again, stating that they were considering both recruitment and an office relocation. Despite typically declining sales calls, they remembered the enthusiasm and proposal content of our representative clearly, which ultimately led to renewed contact.
Following this, recruitment activities progressed smoothly through job advertising placements. For the office relocation, after comparing multiple vendors, our proposal strength and responsiveness in office space design were highly evaluated, leading to a formal engagement.
Compasso Tax Corporation has commented that “there was a sense of reassurance that everything would work out if we entrusted it to Mega Group.” From the initial engagement to the present, we have continued to provide ongoing support, earning strong recognition for both successful recruitment outcomes and the development of an effective office environment aligned with organizational growth.
