Basic Policy
MEGA Group respects the human rights and dignity of all students and job seekers, and conducts fair, impartial, and transparent recruitment activities.
We do not tolerate sexual harassment, power harassment, or any other form of harassment that exploits a position of superiority in recruitment activities, and we strive to create an environment where students and job seekers can pursue their job search with peace of mind.
Code of Conduct
Officers and employees of MEGA Group are committed to the following conduct in all recruitment activities.
1. We respect each applicant as an individual.
- We respect the character and values of students and job seekers, and treat them with sincerity.
- We do not make discriminatory remarks based on gender, age, nationality, creed, sexual orientation or gender identity, disability, place of origin, family composition, or similar attributes.
2. We conduct fair recruitment activities.
- We do not collect personal information or ask questions that are unrelated to the selection process.
- We do not force applicants to withdraw from other companies’ selection processes, or interfere with their career decisions in disregard of their wishes.
3. We communicate in a safe and secure manner.
- We contact students and job seekers only through recruitment channels and business contact information approved by the company.
- We do not make unnecessary contact or persistent approaches.
4. We prohibit inappropriate contact.
- We do not require participation in social gatherings or meals involving alcohol.
- We do not engage in inappropriate one-on-one contact related to recruitment activities.
- We prohibit sexual remarks or conduct, requests for romantic relationships, and any attempt to form a private relationship.
Conduct Constituting Job-Hunting Harassment
The following conduct is prohibited as job-hunting harassment.
- Sexual remarks or physical contact
- Persistent invitations to romantic relationships, dates, meals, drinks, and the like
- Private contact using social media or personal contact information
- Intimidating remarks or statements that deny a person’s character
- Forcing applicants to withdraw from other companies’ selection processes or to make decisions
- Inappropriate questions about place of origin, family composition, romantic relationships, marriage, beliefs, or similar matters
- Excessive questioning about personal information unrelated to the selection process
- Any other conduct that causes students or job seekers emotional distress or disadvantage
MEGA Group’s Approach
To prevent job-hunting harassment and its recurrence, MEGA Group undertakes the following measures.
- Education and training for employees involved in recruitment activities
- Thorough communication of internal rules on preventing job-hunting harassment
- Establishing a consultation desk and a system that is easy to use
- Prompt and appropriate investigation and response when a consultation is received
- Protecting victims and implementing measures to prevent recurrence
- Strict action when harassment is confirmed

MEGA Group accepts consultations from students and job seekers who are engaged in job hunting.
Please feel free to contact us in cases such as the following.
- You experienced unpleasant remarks or conduct during recruitment activities
- You witnessed or heard about conduct that may constitute harassment
- You are concerned about the possibility of harassment in the future
- You would like to consult someone other than the recruitment staff
