Our partnership began when they reached out after encountering challenges in their recruitment efforts and discovering our recruitment support services. One of their key concerns was that the nature of their work was difficult for students to understand. In response, they entrusted Mega Group not only with job media management but also with the creation of videos and recruitment brochures to communicate the company’s strengths more clearly.
Mega Group provided end-to-end support, from identifying recruitment challenges to producing creative materials, helping to strengthen the company’s overall recruitment branding. The videos we produced generated strong engagement at job fairs, with students appreciating how the job content could be understood within just two minutes. The brochures were also well received for being approachable and easy to read, contributing to an increase in female applicants.
Our ability to provide both recruitment support and creative production as a one-stop solution, along with our capability to accurately reflect the client’s intent, has been highly valued. The client has even noted that “others in the industry ask why our recruitment is going so well,” reflecting a significant improvement in their hiring capabilities.
