As a project manager, I am responsible for overseeing system development from the upstream planning stages through to operation.
With a focus on requirements definition and progress management, I coordinate across planning and sales, development, and maintenance teams to lead each project toward success.

Our company works with a wide range of clients, from large enterprises to startups.
Our development experience includes B2C services such as hometown tax donation applications and shared bicycle platforms, as well as B2B projects including startup support and the provision of engineering resources. By actively utilizing advanced technologies such as AI and cloud platforms like AWS, we turn our clients’ ideas into practical, well-designed solutions.

Because we operate with small, agile teams, communication between engineers and designers is close, allowing us to move quickly and adapt flexibly.
With an integrated development structure covering everything from backend to frontend, and by participating from the idea and planning stages, we are able to deliver products with a higher level of completeness.

What I value most in my work is never overlooking a sense of discomfort.
Even if a system functions exactly as specified, I believe it is essential to pause if something feels off from the user’s perspective. By respecting that one small feeling, we can ultimately create services that feel comfortable and intuitive for tens of thousands of users.

System development is a process of creation together with our clients.
The greatest reward of this role is sharing the excitement with clients when we see positive reactions from end users after a release. Going forward, I aim to further strengthen my leadership and continue growing as a project manager trusted by both clients and team members alike.
