I am assigned to Sabati Hadano Minami, where I began my career as a care staff member working directly on-site.
By speaking to each user individually, bringing out smiles, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere, I have steadily built what we call a “comfortable space” through everyday interactions. Simple actions—frequent communication, a lively environment, and heartfelt care—come together to make users feel, “I want to come back again.”

Today, I work in a sales role, coordinating and making proposals with care managers and related organizations.
Through tours for new users and explanations of our services, I carefully communicate the strengths of Sabati while applying the compassionate, user-centered perspective I developed in the field. Rather than focusing solely on numbers, I always consider whether our services are truly what each individual needs, placing importance on building relationships where people can feel confident and at ease.

As a community-based care provider, we offer a wide range of support, including meal delivery services and functional training programs, while also taking on new challenges such as welcoming care staff from India.
