I am mainly responsible for office relocations, layout changes, and space consulting tailored to each client’s way of working. From promoting DX initiatives to supporting the introduction of free-address offices, I work closely with our clients to address a wide range of workplace challenges. Once a property is decided, I join the project from the very first meeting, organizing everything from headcount and building conditions to schedules and required tasks.

One of our greatest strengths is our ability to significantly reduce the burden on our clients. We handle nearly everything in one package, including coordination with building management and schedule adjustments among multiple contractors. Leveraging the comprehensive capabilities of the MEGA Group, we can also provide one-stop solutions for network infrastructure, staffing support, and many other issues related to office openings and relocations.

What I value most in my work is speed and approachability. Office relocations and interior projects involve countless decisions and require quick responses. To ensure our clients feel confident thinking, “I’m glad I asked them,” I always strive to act swiftly and communicate clearly.

Of course, the job is not without its challenges. Since many tasks cannot be completed by one person alone, and there are numerous stakeholders involved, projects do not always proceed as planned. One particularly memorable case involved a project with only one week to complete everything—from restoration work to construction. The client was very particular about the interior walls, and the space was scheduled to be used as a foreign language school, making delays unacceptable. Completing site inspections, cost estimates, and risk assessments under such tight time constraints became a valuable learning experience.

Looking ahead, my goal is to become someone who brings satisfaction to everyone involved. By combining speed with sincerity, I aim to continue growing as a trusted partner that clients can rely on with confidence.
