Uncompromising Attention to Detail for Reliable Quality
I am responsible for construction management for office kukan, overseeing scheduling, quality and safety control, and cost management for interior projects. Acting as a coordinator between designers, contractors, and sales teams, my role is to ensure that each site runs smoothly. Interior construction involves many processes and skilled trades, so I manage the project from a broad perspective to keep everything progressing efficiently.
One of our greatest strengths is our ability to provide consistent support from office relocation to renovation. In addition to interior construction, we handle equipment, furniture, and fixture arrangements, and as part of the Mega Group, we can also offer one-stop solutions including communication systems, IT infrastructure, and human resource support. This comprehensive capability, extending beyond construction alone, is a value that truly sets us apart.
What I value most in my work is precision in the details that are not immediately visible. Because offices are spaces our clients use every day, I carefully check even the underlying structures and pre-finish elements behind walls. These unnoticed details are essential to ensuring long-term safety, durability, and peace of mind.
Another key priority in my work is the speed and accuracy of information sharing. Interior projects often involve specification changes, and delays in communication can easily lead to unnecessary work or increased costs. Prompt and clear coordination is therefore critical.
My goal is to become a construction manager whom clients can trust with complete confidence. By constantly visualizing the site and anticipating potential risks, I strive to stay one step ahead—so that when I am on-site, I can already guide the next action. Moving forward, I aim to continue protecting safety and quality while contributing to the creation of better office environments.
