Since SUPINF became part of Mega Group in January 2025, we have been involved in a wide range of initiatives—from contract-based system development to launching new services and providing ongoing operation and maintenance support—playing a key role in supporting the growth of the entire group. As a Director leading the system development division, I oversee engineering and project management while driving a diverse range of development projects.

One of the most important principles in my work is not simply accepting a client’s request at face value, but understanding the underlying needs and challenges behind it so that we can provide the most effective solution. Rather than focusing solely on implementing requested features, we proactively propose alternative approaches when necessary and strive to guide our clients toward the best possible outcome.

One particularly memorable experience was the launch of a new service that contributed to increased sales. Seeing the results firsthand and receiving words of appreciation from our client strengthened my commitment to this work. Solving clients’ challenges and hearing their positive feedback is what motivates me most.

While we always strive to maintain stable system operations, unexpected issues inevitably arise. In such situations, we act quickly to identify the cause and implement solutions. Working together with both clients and internal team members to overcome these challenges has reinforced my belief in the power of teamwork.

Looking ahead, our goals include expanding our client base, accelerating the launch of proprietary services, and strengthening our contract development foundation to ensure stable revenue growth. We also plan to leverage AI technologies to improve both efficiency and quality while creating an environment where new team members can continue to learn and grow. By valuing consistency while actively embracing emerging technologies, we aim to contribute to the continued growth of the entire organization.

One of Mega Group’s greatest strengths is its ability to deeply understand client needs and guide them toward solving their fundamental business challenges. Building strong relationships of trust and becoming a partner that clients can confidently rely on—even for complete end-to-end support—is a unique value that sets us apart from other companies.
