As a member of the Business Promotion Department, I am responsible for company-wide sales enablement and branding initiatives, driving efforts to enhance customer satisfaction, launch new businesses, and promote digital transformation (DX). My role is to help shape new opportunities while keeping the future of the company firmly in sight.

I approach every challenge with a commitment to excellence and a belief in seeing things through to the very end. Whether it is fostering synergy across different business areas or rolling out new initiatives, I find great satisfaction in turning ideas into tangible results.

My passion for creating and building things began in childhood and continues to inspire me today. Earlier in my career, I worked as a consultant in the spatial design field. During the COVID-19 pandemic, construction activities faced significant restrictions, making it difficult to execute projects as planned. Tasks that had once been routine suddenly became complicated, leading to numerous unforeseen challenges. In those moments, colleagues from various disciplines—including supervisors, designers, construction managers, and skilled tradespeople—came together to share ideas and solve problems as a team. Overcoming those obstacles taught me the value of collaboration and reinforced the belief that many challenges can only be conquered through the support of others.

Today, I constantly think about how I can contribute to the company’s long-term goal of achieving ¥100 billion in revenue by 2035. I believe the key to realizing this vision lies in the comprehensive capabilities that are unique to Mega Group. By providing a wide range of office- and retail-related services within a single group and leveraging the expertise of specialists across multiple disciplines, we can deliver optimal, one-stop solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.

Looking ahead, I aim to continue supporting both our customers and the company’s future through initiatives that expand Mega Group’s brand recognition, strengthen corporate branding, create new business opportunities, and drive synergy across our various business domains. Through these efforts, I hope to contribute to sustainable growth and continued innovation.
