I am responsible for both the inbound tourism business and the foreign professional placement business.
In the inbound tourism business, I coordinate travel arrangements for international visitors to Japan. Working in inbound tourism requires a deep understanding of diverse values, including food culture and religious backgrounds. From accommodating vegetarian and other dietary requirements to providing services that align with each guest’s cultural context, close teamwork with on-site partners is essential.
As we also handle tours involving several hundred participants, flexibility and the ability to respond swiftly to sudden requests or changes are critical. No two tours are ever the same, which makes the work constantly engaging and full of learning opportunities. Looking ahead, I aim to expand our business beyond India to countries such as Spain, Italy, and Israel.

At Mega Mirai India Private Limited, we also collaborate with local universities to operate a business introducing foreign professionals.Together with these universities, we are strengthening Japanese-language education and aim to develop and place up to 1,000 professionals by 2040. We have launched Japanese-language programs for classes of 30–40 students and are also working to raise the overall level of training.
In addition, we have launched Japanese language courses for groups of 30–40 students, taking on the challenge of developing higher-level professionals. Following this, we send well-trained individuals, including engineers as well as caregiving and hotel staff, to work in Japan.

Going forward, we aim to create new value across borders while staying close to our clients’ needs.
