I am responsible for accounting operations across the entire MEGA Group, including performance management, payment processing, and monthly and annual closings. As the group includes companies both in Japan and overseas, close collaboration with local staff—while understanding each country’s specific circumstances—is an essential part of my role.

The most important values in accounting are accuracy, transparency, and the elimination of fraud risk. The MEGA Group operates at a fast pace and continues to grow through M&A, welcoming new companies into the group. To support this growth, we help each company smoothly adapt to our accounting framework while maintaining consistent standards.

Collaboration is not limited to the accounting department alone. Every figure is the result of accumulated data from across the organization, and delivering accurate and timely financial information is fundamental to sound management decisions. I believe our true value lies in how quickly and precisely we can provide data that serves as the foundation for decision-making.

I feel a strong sense of fulfillment when monthly and annual closings are completed and I know the figures we deliver are directly contributing to management. Looking ahead, my goal is to go beyond routine accounting tasks and strengthen our role as a department that actively supports management through clear and meaningful financial insights.

In recent years, we have also focused on improving efficiency by transitioning from paper-based processes to PDF and digital management systems, a shift that accelerated during the COVID-19 pandemic. On a personal level, I aim to further enhance my accounting expertise while expanding my knowledge into related areas such as labor management.

Another important goal is to become a trusted and approachable partner for newly acquired companies through M&A—someone they feel comfortable consulting with and confident in transferring payment authority to. By building strong, open relationships, I hope to provide reassurance and stability as the group continues to grow.
