Volunteer Activities in Support of Areas Affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake
[13th Initiative] Cleanup Activities and Charity Lunch

As part of our new employee training program, a total of 34 employees carried out volunteer activities for residents of temporary housing complexes, with the cooperation of Koshakuji Temple and the nonprofit organization Shiraume in Ishinomaki, Miyagi Prefecture.

On the first day, the team conducted cleanup activities at the Kaisei Temporary Housing Complex, offered massage sessions, served tea and refreshments, and distributed relief supplies. On the second day, at the Yamoto Sports Park Temporary Housing Complex, the team served chilled salad udon noodles and cotton candy, conducted cleanup activities, and distributed relief supplies.
