“”Konnichiwa JAPAN”” is a Japan-India friendship exchange program designed to give Indian people who have never visited Japan the opportunity to experience Japanese lifestyle, culture, customs, arts, cuisine, and tourism.

The event featured a variety of attractions, including a sumo demonstration by a former professional sumo wrestler and an enka (traditional Japanese ballad) performance by an Indian singer—a celebration of Japanese culture created especially for Indian audiences.
