Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic

We would like to express our heartfelt sympathies to everyone affected by COVID-19, as well as their families and all those impacted by the pandemic.
In response to the spread of COVID-19 and the State of Emergency declared by the Japanese government, the Mega Group has strengthened its preventive measures with the health and safety of our customers and employees as our top priority.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers and business partners and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

1. Working Arrangements
Since March 2020, we have implemented remote work and staggered commuting schedules. Currently, approximately 90% of our employees are working remotely.

We will continue to promote remote work wherever possible. For employees who are required to work from the office, staggered commuting schedules will remain in place to minimize the risk of infection.

2. Meetings with Customers
We encourage the use of online meetings and telephone conferences whenever possible through web conferencing systems.
Should an in-person meeting be required, our employees will wear masks and follow appropriate health and safety protocols.

3. Showrooms and Live Office Facilities
Our showrooms and live office facilities will continue to operate by appointment only.
Our staff will wear masks while assisting visitors and conducting tours.

4. Support Services
As a general rule, support services will be provided remotely.
When on-site assistance is necessary, our staff will continue to provide support while strictly adhering to health management procedures and infection prevention measures, including mask usage.
The Mega Group will continue to closely monitor developments related to COVID-19 and respond promptly as circumstances evolve.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

In addition, the Mega Group offers package solutions designed to support the implementation of telework and remote working environments. Organizations considering work-from-home arrangements as part of their COVID-19 response are welcome to contact us for consultation and assistance.
