Human Work Co.,Ltd. Receives the Highest-Level “Eruboshi” (Three-Star) Certification for Promoting Women’s Empowerment

We are pleased to announce that Human Work Co.,Ltd., a member of the Mega Group, has been awarded the highest-level three-star “Eruboshi” certification by Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare in recognition of its outstanding efforts to promote women’s empowerment in the workplace.
The Eruboshi Certification is a recognition program established under the Act on Promotion of Women’s Participation and Advancement in the Workplace. It is awarded by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare to companies that demonstrate excellence in supporting and advancing women’s careers. Organizations are certified on a scale of one to three stars based on the number of evaluation criteria they satisfy.
Human Work Co.,Ltd. met all required standards and was awarded the highest distinction, the three-star certification.

Evaluation Criteria for the Three-Star Eruboshi Certification
To qualify for the highest level of certification, companies must meet all standards in the following five categories and publicly disclose their performance annually through the government’s database for companies promoting women’s participation and advancement:

Percentage of Women in Management
Diverse Career Development Opportunities
