Certified as a Two-Star Eruboshi Company for Excellence in Promoting Women’s Empowerment

We are pleased to announce that our company has been awarded the Two-Star Eruboshi Certification by Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare in recognition of our efforts to promote the advancement of women in the workplace.
The Eruboshi Certification is a recognition program established under the Act on Promotion of Women’s Participation and Advancement in the Workplace. Companies that demonstrate outstanding initiatives to support and advance women’s careers are certified by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare. Certification levels are awarded based on the number of evaluation criteria met.
Our company was recognized for providing a workplace environment where women can fully utilize their skills and capabilities, resulting in the achievement of the Two-Star Certification.

Work Style and Working Hours
Percentage of Women in Management
Diverse Career Development Opportunities

Companies are awarded one-, two-, or three-star certifications according to the number of criteria they satisfy.
