【ASKUL / SOLOEL ARENA】Notice of Trial Shipping Service Resumption

Dear Valued Customers,
We would like to once again extend our sincere apologies to all customers and stakeholders who use ASKUL services for the significant inconvenience and concern caused by the ongoing situation.
We are pleased to announce that, beginning November 12, 2025, ordering has resumed through SOLOEL ARENA for a limited selection of products.
As this trial shipping service operates through a manual fulfillment process without the use of the warehouse management system affected by the recent system failure, shipping procedures differ from normal operations. We kindly ask that you review the following information before placing orders.

Eligible Products
Approximately 230 consumable items, including copy paper (case orders only)
Approximately 470 medical products, including medical devices and hygiene supplies (single-unit orders)
Approximately 1.9 million direct-shipment items delivered directly from manufacturers and suppliers

Important Notes
Orders placed by 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, are expected to be delivered within 3 to 7 business days.Order records will be reflected within the same timeframe.

Delivery slips will not be included with shipments. Please download them from the SOLOEL ARENA website or contact Mega directly.
Shipments may be delivered by Sagawa Express.
Credit card payments are currently unavailable.
External linked websites and the PAPURI service are unavailable.
Scheduled recurring delivery services are unavailable.

Please note that this is a limited and exceptional service introduced by ASKUL. As the process was implemented under extraordinary circumstances, unforeseen issues may arise that could impact order processing and delivery schedules. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
