We are pleased to announce that our group companies ZERO Inc. and zerophy Inc. merged on February 1, 2026. ZERO Inc., as the surviving company, has begun operations under a new structure.

Both companies have developed their businesses primarily in the Systems Engineering Services (SES) field while leveraging their respective strengths.
Against the backdrop of increasingly advanced and diverse IT needs in recent years, the market requires service delivery structures with even greater stability and added value.
