Mega Group has established the “Mega Group Job Hunting Harassment Prevention Policy” to promote an environment in which all students and job seekers can engage in job hunting with confidence and peace of mind.
Based on the fundamental principle of respecting the human rights and dignity of all students and job seekers and conducting fair, impartial, and transparent recruitment activities, the Policy sets forth our code of conduct for recruitment activities, prohibited conduct, consultation channels, and measures to protect those who seek advice or report concerns.
Mega Group will continue its efforts to prevent job hunting harassment and its recurrence by providing education and training to directors, officers, and employees involved in recruitment activities and ensuring thorough awareness of internal rules.
