【Recruitment Responsibilities】
・Develop, execute, and continuously improve recruitment strategies
・Manage direct outreach and candidate communication (emails, calls, screening guidance, etc.)
・Conduct selection processes, including interview facilitation
・Plan and operate internship programs
・Strengthen candidate engagement and motivation throughout the hiring process
・Provide ongoing candidate support, including one-on-one meetings, group discussions, and information sessions

【Training & Development Responsibilities】
・Plan, deliver, and review training programs, including new-graduate onboarding and level-based development tracks

【Other Responsibilities】
・Handle main office phone inquiries
・Coordinate logistics-related tasks
・Collaborate with General Affairs on internal events, company communications, and other cross-functional initiatives
