【Infrastructure Management】
・Plan, build, and operate various IT infrastructure environments

【Security Operations】
・Manage and operate ISMS
・Handle security incident response
・Oversee physical security measures
・Create and maintain security-related documentation

【Internal Event Support】
・Support live streaming and technical operations for internal events

【Customer & System Management】
・Operate and administer core business systems, Salesforce, and related platforms

【Other Responsibilities】
・Develop internal tools and automation scripts
・Evaluate and test new IT services and solutions

＊System and service monitoring is required outside regular business hours, including weekends and public holidays.

＊Emergency response may be required 24/7/365. Even while traveling, you must be able to connect to the internet and access a computer to address unforeseen issues.

・Strong interest in digital gadgets and technology (mandatory)

【Experience (any of the following)】
・Practical development experience (any programming language)
・Experience in designing and building server infrastructure or network systems
・Knowledge of and hands-on experience with information security or IT governance/control
